Introduction

When a toucan receives an Invincibility Star and sheds one of its feathers, or if a mystical breed of toucan loses a feather, what is left is a special type of Toucan Feather. Whoever uses one gains increased speed, stamina, and strength, and may don a cape.

The power increase of a Toucan Feather is permanent but the change of wardrobe and physical appearance depends on the consumer.
